What time is check-in?
We guarantee that your room will be ready by 3 pm. However, if you arrive before this time and the room is ready, we will be happy to let you enter it.
What time must I vacate the room?
You must vacate your room before 12 pm midday. You may check out at a later time at an extra cost, depending on availability.
What payment methods are accepted in the hotel?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro. etc.) and bank transfers.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
El Vicenç de la Mar is 40 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca airport. If you wish, you can book the transfer service from the airport to the hotel through us. Alternatively, we can assist you with booking your own rental car, or you could take a taxi from the public taxi rank at the airport.
Are there any restaurants close to the hotel?
Yes, Pollensa (10 minutes' drive) and Puerto de Pollensa (15 minutes' drive) are close to the hotel, where there are many different types of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines in all price ranges. But don't forget to try Restaurant U Mayol on the ground floor of the hotel and the U Vicenç restaurant on the hotel's rooftop.
Where can I park my car?

Yes, the hotel has a 75 m2 swimming pool with a sun terrace, sun beds, Balinese beds and designer parasols. It is located on the rooftop where you can enjoy stunning views of Cala Molins.
Does the hotel have a gym?
Yes, we have a fully equipped gym, open 24 hours a day. You can also book private classes with a personal trainer by contacting info@elvicenc.com
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, we provide a laundry service Mondays to Sundays (except holidays).
Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?
No, the hotel is a smoke-free zone, so smoking is not permitted. If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside the premises.
